1) Can you make my computer run faster?
Yes, generally speaking, thru a combination of hardware upgrades and software optimization, we can usually get your computer running more efficiently.

2) How much will it cost to upgrade my computer?
Your computer consists of many different hardware parts -- each one upgradable. So the cost for an "upgrade" would be determined by the number of hardware parts that you want upgraded. Therefore we can't really give an exact cost unless we know the extent of the upgrade. Give us a call and we'll give you a ballpark estimate.

3) Do you sell computer hardware (i.e. hard drives, modems, RAM, sound cards, etc.)?
Since we are a service-based company, we only sell hardware when we install it. Give us a call today to setup an appointment.

4) Where are you located?
We are located in Coral Springs, FL, however do not have a store-front; instead, we come to your business or your home - from Hollywood to Delray Beach and points west - to perform our services. Over the years, we've found it to be far more efficient to perform repairs on computers in their everyday environment.

5) Do you offer phone tech support?
Unfortunately, no. With all the sophisticated systems of today, there are numerous events that might occur, and therefore, diagnosing a problem over the phone is just not feasible. It is always best to schedule an appointment, so that a personal assessment of your computer can be made.
